PIZZA PARTY AT HOOPLA'S

At the banquet, Beaver Bob, announced that the Beaver is throwing a Pizza Party at Hoopla's on Sunday, February 26, starting at 3:00. The party is for all the kids that compete in JR Dragster, TCR and JR ATV. All the parents are also invited to come and join the fun. We ask that everybody who wants to attend to drop an e-mail to Bob Roles and tell him how many are going to make the party.

Chanda and Gage Ross came away with the JR Dragster awards. Chanda winning JR Driver of the Year and Gage picking up Most Improved Driver

Liberti Ferster was awarded the Best Appearing JR for her beautiful Liberti's Freedom ride. The entire family joins in the photo with Top ET stars, granddad Jim Stover and dad Chad Ferster. Look for her brother to be in JR ATV this season.

Hoopla's Top Beaver Champion, Jeff Duck is presented his $700 award from Bob Roles, AKA: Mr. Hoopla.

Kevin Little-semi, Kevin Whitmer-runner up, Champion-Jeff Duck and Bob Roles of Hoopla's.

Jeff Duck won the IHRA Driver of the year.
Jeff lead the points from beginning to the end. He had to fight off Kevin Little in the final weekend, winning by 200 points.

Michele Orwig was awarded Top ET's Most Improved Driver.

Mike McCracken won Top ET's Best Appearing Car with his 2010 Camaro. Mike is well known for fielding the best looking cars at the track. We can't believe he had this one two seasons.

The Cruiser, Sam Koonsman, won Most Improved Biker.

"Cruiser" sure is proud of his award.

JR Star, Brian Vollman, picked up the "Best Appearing Bike" award for his friend, John Vincent.

Mike Harpster doubled up winning both the Most Improved Driver and Best Appearing Car in Modified eliminator.

Former TCR star, Zack Miller, was Street eliminator's Most Improved driver in his Nova. He'll make a run for the title in 2012

John Crone won Street Eliminator's Best Appearing Car award.

IHRA Sportsman of the Year
Jim "Waddell" Stugart was honored from all of his out help and out going good nature at the track. Jim is know for being one of the best in the business and he well deserved the award.

Talk about a driver, Graham has been of DOTY in 3 of the last 4 years and in 1989 he was the ARCA Rookie of the year in 1989 at 50 years old. Now at 73, he's moving into Modified eliminator, joining seniors, Will Leitch and Jim Holland.

Friday Street Racing - Sportsman of the year
Leonard Long of G-Force Transmissions / Long's Shifters, was awarded the Sportsman of the year. Leonard is known for helping everybody at the track and running his hard charging Mustang in Pro Stick. It is through his efforts that stick shift racing is now affordable and reliable.
FOUNDER'S AWARD

"Fast Eddie" McCardle was honored with the Founder's Award.
It was his inspiration and dedication that has guided BSD.
Eddie and Beaver Bob built the track 40 years ago in 1971. They are the longest time track operators that have ran a track since it's inception.

Fast Eddie added, "If he had it to do all over, I'd do it all again".



Eddie got a standing ovation from the 300 in attendance.
