CHIPPER WINS TOP BEAVER

Dale Rhoads has Will Leitch at the MPH stripe and took the Top Beaver title after Will fouled with a -.025. Chipper ran a 12.45 on a 12.45 at 105.86 MPH
to take the title to Will's 10.31 on a 10.24 at 129.94 MPH.

Kevin Little takes a little too much stripe in his Willys against Hemi John Simbeck. With both drivers dialed a 9.03, John had a .005 light and ran
a 9.035 to Kev's  .004 light  and a 9.024 run out pass for the title.

Looks like a winning time slip for Hemi John.

The Modified finals pitted two cagey veterans with Roy Croll in his Camaro taking on Will Leitch in his Ornery Cuss Dart. Will took the stripe and the win with a 10.28 on a 10.23 at 123.47 MPH to Roy's 10.60 on a 10.55 at 122.31.

The bike finals was a Kauffman family affair with Kenny taking the title over Uncle Tim by running a 8.69 on a 8.67 at 132.56 MPH to Tim's 8.73 on a 8.67.

Dale Rhoads in his Mustang drove by Billy Nees Turbo Sunbird and took the Street title with a 12.76 on a 12.44 at 92.01 MPH to Billy's off pace 15.08 on a 14.28 at a slowing 75.23 MPH due to the fact he just scattered the 1.8 liter.

Zack Miller in his Nova had a far better light with a .038 to Chris Culver's .125 but Zack left Chris back around him with a 15.199 on a 14.68 giving the title to Chris with his 14.13 on a 13.88 at 86.63 MPH.

Mark Frank in his White Lightning Malibu picked up his 8th TCR win in defeating Cait Holland in Sandy's Mercury running a 10.003 on a 10.00 dial at 65.74 MPH to Cait's run out 11.428 on a 11.47 at 61.78 MPH.

In this Todd shot taken from the end of the track you can see that Dylan Weader has already picked up the win with Jake Wood hanging a red bulb on the tree.

Yes!! Dylan picks up his first JR Dragster win!!

Frank Romeo took the Lil Beaver title over Don Carnell when Donnie had  a trans brake solenoid fail. Frank cranked out a 10.40 on a 10.38 for the title.

Bob Roles had his 604 inch Hemi hooked up.

Steve Hollenbach's quick `71 Camaro is a looker.

In the first round of Top Beaver, Street champ, Dale Rhoads, picked up the win when Bike champ, Kenny Kauffman, red lighted and then jumped out of gear.

Will Leitch ran on his dial in stopping Hemi John in the first round of Top Beaver

So that's how you beat Hemi John, run right on your dial.

Jason Derr flashes a "V" after his 7.55 pass in the 96 degree heat.

Hey Frank, your door is open!!

 BEAVER'S TREE TAKES A HIT
Saturday - July17th
Test and Tune halted due to on track incident

On Saturday's Test and Tune session, Andrew Feltman had his throttle stick in the burn out box. He locked up the brakes but still hit the concrete tree stand. After working for an hour and a half, we had to end the days test session.

This is the damage done to the tree stand. The communication cable was torn
in pieces and the connection was shattered. Leroy Klinefelter and Jason Derr repaired the cable in an effort to get us back in business. Hours later the
Beaver's resident expert, Paul Treaster, got us back in operation at 6:00.
This is the end result to Dennis Feltman's Camaro after tangling with the Beavers 3300 pounds of concrete. Fortunately, no one was injured and the repairs we completed enabling us to race on Sunday.
The final score: Beaver Barriers - 1   -   Cool Camaro - 0
